梁銀明,41歲,中共黨員。實(shí)驗(yàn)室立足于小鼠模型探索疾病機(jī)制、開發(fā)了粒細(xì)胞缺陷等系列特色動(dòng)物模型。取得了以下學(xué)術(shù)成績(jī):第一、首次發(fā)現(xiàn)RLTPR作為免疫應(yīng)答關(guān)鍵調(diào)控“開關(guān)”,解開了T淋巴細(xì)胞共刺激信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)之謎,相關(guān)結(jié)果在Nature Immunology發(fā)表(DOI 10.1038/ni.2634),該分子于2016年被《科學(xué)-細(xì)胞信號(hào)》評(píng)為細(xì)胞信號(hào)研究重大突破。第二、首次實(shí)現(xiàn)在小鼠活體水平對(duì)成熟T細(xì)胞內(nèi)靶基因進(jìn)行條件性剔除。該模型部分結(jié)果在Nature Immunology發(fā)表(DOI 10.1038/ni.2843)。第三、構(gòu)建我國(guó)第一個(gè)免疫模式動(dòng)物平臺(tái)。平臺(tái)擁有免疫研究相關(guān)動(dòng)物模型品系超過300個(gè),保存活體小鼠品系超過100個(gè)。第四、構(gòu)建了小鼠及細(xì)胞系快速基因編輯方案,相關(guān)研究以共同通訊作者2019年10月在Nature Immunology發(fā)表,并獲國(guó)內(nèi)外媒體報(bào)道。近期研究結(jié)果以通訊作者在PLoS Pathogens、EMBO Reports、SCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences等國(guó)際著名期刊發(fā)表。在動(dòng)物模型構(gòu)建技術(shù)及基礎(chǔ)研究方面取得了系列進(jìn)步。研發(fā)了新一代人源化小鼠,在國(guó)外動(dòng)物模型的基礎(chǔ)上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了粒細(xì)胞缺失,進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了人源化受體小鼠方案。實(shí)驗(yàn)室聚焦免疫相關(guān)重大疾病動(dòng)物模型研究及致病機(jī)制研究,是我國(guó)該領(lǐng)域最為活躍的實(shí)驗(yàn)室之一。
