研究方向

酶的理性改造與設(shè)計，非細(xì)胞合成生物學(xué)以及功能性寡糖的生物合成。

教學(xué)成果

作為主編之一，編寫了《生物化學(xué)》教材，該教材為“普通高等教育農(nóng)業(yè)部“十三五”規(guī)劃教材“。

（1）瓊膠酶的理性改造以及瓊膠寡糖的酶法制備；

（2）漆酶以及偶氮還原酶在廢水生物處理中的應(yīng)用；

（3）基于乳糖原料合成乳寡糖以及在益生菌增殖方面的應(yīng)用
