徐志浩,男,博士,講師,碩士研究生導(dǎo)師(專業(yè)型)。新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院生命科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院干細(xì)胞與轉(zhuǎn)化研究中心副主任,中國(guó)細(xì)胞生物學(xué)會(huì)會(huì)員。主持省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng),參與國(guó)家級(jí)和省部級(jí)課題多項(xiàng),已發(fā)表科研論文10多篇,參與獲得河南省科技進(jìn)步二等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng),河南省廳級(jí)科級(jí)成果獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)。

教育與工作經(jīng)歷

2005年本科畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)生命科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院,獲得理學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位;2011畢業(yè)于蘭州大學(xué)生命科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)院,獲得理學(xué)博士學(xué)位;2011至今在新鄉(xiāng)醫(yī)學(xué)院從事教學(xué)與科研工作。

 

研究方向

(1) 神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細(xì)胞在神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)疾病的中的作用與機(jī)制研究

(2) 干細(xì)胞治療神經(jīng)退行性疾病的基礎(chǔ)與應(yīng)用研究

(1) 河南省科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目,間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞及其分泌組治療Alzheimer 病的應(yīng)用研究與開(kāi)發(fā),10萬(wàn)元, 2023.01-2024.12,主持。

(2) 國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目,興奮性神經(jīng)元通過(guò)Argonaute2調(diào)控腦血管網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成的機(jī)制研究,55萬(wàn)元, 2021.01-2024.12,參與。

(3) 河南省杰出青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目,經(jīng)血源子宮內(nèi)膜干細(xì)胞通過(guò)免疫調(diào)控改善1型糖尿病癥狀的機(jī)制研究,50萬(wàn)元,2020.01-2022.12,參與。

(4) 國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金青年項(xiàng)目,干細(xì)胞對(duì)自噬過(guò)程的影響及在促高血糖難愈創(chuàng)面修復(fù)中的作用,22萬(wàn)元,2017.01-2019.12,參與。
