孔二艷博士

留學(xué)德國獲得神經(jīng)生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位并在美國NIH從事博士后研究。課題組已承擔(dān)10多項國科基金并在PNAS和Science Signaling等知名期刊發(fā)表科研論文30余篇。兼職中國病理生理學(xué)會和中國科協(xié)科創(chuàng)。


研究方向:蛋白質(zhì)棕櫚酰化修飾的分子和生理功能

蛋白棕櫚?;揎検堑鞍踪|(zhì)翻譯后修飾的一種,在生命活動過程中發(fā)揮著重要的功能。研究表明,S-棕櫚?;揎検莿討B(tài)可逆的脂質(zhì)修飾,廣泛參與了細(xì)胞內(nèi)多樣的調(diào)節(jié)作用。實驗室的研究重點(diǎn)是在生命科學(xué)的多個領(lǐng)域研究蛋白質(zhì)棕櫚?;揎椀姆肿雍蜕砉δ?,使用ZDHHCs和PPTs的基因敲除小鼠模型來探究這些修飾酶的作用。此外,我們還利用遺傳性疾病小鼠模型來了解神經(jīng)退行性疾病、腫瘤發(fā)生和男性不育等病癥的病理機(jī)制,最終的目標(biāo)是揭示這些機(jī)制,并發(fā)現(xiàn)潛在的治療策略,以干預(yù)并阻止疾病的進(jìn)展。
